Horizontal directional drilling (HDD) is a famous method of installing underground pipelines and cables without disturbing ground in any manner. We have executed 10000+ kilometers of ofc laying using the Horizontal directional drilling (HDD) method from soft soil to hard rocky terrains.
2) OFC Manual Trenching and Splicing and blowing:
Our specialized team of experts have worked on the laying of optical fibre cable for the telecom industry for all the major players in the country by manual trenching for more than a decade now.We use state of the art equipment and procedures, to provide splicing and blowing of fibre-optic cable by our experienced team. So far we have over 5000+ kilometres of laying of Optical Fiber Networks by Horizontal Directional Drilling technology.
3) Auger Boring :
It is a method of boring beneath the earth's surface by means of a jack and a bore. It works by simultaneously jacking the casing pipe while the rotating augers remove the excavated soil.
4) Pipe Jacking and Micro tunneling:
Pipe Jacking is a technique used to form mostly small diameter tunnels by pushing prefabricated pipes through the ground from a starting shaft to an exit shaft.
Micro tunneling is a digging process that uses a remotely controlled microtunnel boring machine (MTBM) combined with the pipe jack-and-bore method to directly install pipes underground in a single pass. This process avoids the need to have a long stretch of open trench for pipe-laying.
5) Direct Pipe : It is a method to install pipelines under railways, highways, waterways and other situations where permanent borehole support is advantageous. The unique method combines a pipe thruster and tunneling machine, allowing a borehole to be created and pre-fabricated pipeline inserted in one continuous step.
6) Trenchless services : It is a form of underground construction that requires the use of few or no trenches at surface or street level and uses new techniques and equipment to install or replace underground infrastructure without causing disturbance to the ground above. Trenchless technology is the ideal solution for repairing or replacing any pipeline
